1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Diverse Industries Inc. website, products, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of diverseindustriesinc.com and any associated AI tools or products.

2. Our Services

Diverse Industries Inc. provides:

• Business consulting services across strategy, operations, staffing, sales, and AI integration
• AI-powered software tools — web-based applications including but not limited to DealIQ Pro, DualBroker CRM, RAG Command Center, and PromptForge Pro
• Digital products — downloadable prompt libraries, templates, blueprints, and related content sold through Gumroad

3. AI Tools & Products

Our AI tools are provided "as is" to assist with business and professional tasks. You agree to:

• Use our AI tools only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our AI tools to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, or harmful
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying technology or proprietary components of our tools
• Understand that AI-generated output may contain inaccuracies — you are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before use in professional or business decisions

Some AI tools require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Consulting Services

Engagements for business consulting services are subject to a separate written agreement that outlines scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees. Consulting engagements begin upon execution of that agreement and payment of any applicable deposit.

5. Payment & Billing

All product purchases are processed through Gumroad, our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Gumroad's Terms of Service. Refund policies are as follows:

• 30-day refund guarantee — if you are not satisfied with a digital product, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
• No refunds — after 30 days from date of purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Consulting engagements — refund terms are governed by the individual engagement agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, branding, logos, and materials on this website and in our products are the exclusive property of Diverse Industries Inc. unless otherwise stated. Purchased digital products are licensed for personal or internal business use — you may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense them without prior written consent.

White-label licenses, where applicable, are governed by separate written agreements that grant specific redistribution rights.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services to transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Engage in any activity that disrupts, impairs, or interferes with our services
• Impersonate Diverse Industries Inc. or its representatives

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our AI tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diverse Industries Inc. and its owner, Anthony Watson, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services or products — regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Diverse Industries Inc. and its owner from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Effective date" at the top of this page and, where appropriate, via email notification. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
